Faith Nyanchama was a resident of Jogoo Estate in Kisii town. It is here that she fell ill on Thursday Night.
Speaking to Risase Kerubo of Inka TV, her mom confirmed that Mr Ongwae died when Faith was barely 7 years old.
She further revealed that Mr Ongwae left her a widow with seven children, among them the fifth born Faith Nyanchama.
The firstborn Beatrice and second-born Naom are both married. Faith was close to the third born sister Sarah as well as her last born twin sisters.
Unfortunately, the fourth born sibling died years ago.
Actress Risper education and career
Faith was a hard-working girl who unwillingly dropped out of school because of poverty.
Her mom says she excelled in KCPE exams but missed high school for lacking school fees.
Notably, Faith Nyanchama worked as a waiter for three years before joining Ndizi TV.
Despite the hindrances, Faith rose to become a breadwinner in her family. It is evident that she was determined in providing for her mother and siblings.
