Following the untimely exit of Nakumatt Kisii came Tuskys Echiro in November 2017. The giant supermarket would enjoy business for a couple of years before losing in a fateful financial crisis. Then cropped QuickMart Supermarket Kisii with new strategies to revamp retail business in the area.

South Nyanza towns are the most affected in the ongoing swap of major malls. The quick successions is particularly a cause of concern in a declining Kenyan economy. Nonetheless, QuickMart continues to enjoy economy of scale.

The nationwide-successful QuickMart launched its Kisii Echiro branch on September 30, 2021.

Moi Avenue passersby can no longer ignore its massive rebranding of the voluminous property next to an extensive parking space.

It did not take long before the previously green-yellow themed Tuskys mall turned into a black tinted QuickMart mall.

Even better, there is an additional congestion-easing exit at the lower end of the shopping mall.

What remains untouched in the mega facility are tens of restless aluminum whirlybird roof vents visible from a close range.
