The official name of ‘Omochweria Agusu Agusu’ also nicknamed ‘Pastor Omochweria Ang’werere Ang’werere’ is Didacus Sereti Mosoti.
While starting comedy alongside Robe Ebundi, the duo agreed for Didacus to become Omochweria meaning “the one cutting out timber from logs” and the latter, Ebundi to mean one fabricating timber into furniture.
2. He is the lastborn son in a family of 6 siblings
Omochweria is the lastborn in a family of five brothers and one sister.
In an interview with Nyamwembe TV, Didacus said he did not enjoy lastborn privileges for he endured a tough upbringing.
One of his elder brothers, Darius Mosoti, recently contested for the Kisii County UDA Secretary.
3. He studies at St Peter’s Suneka Secondary
Didacus enrolled at Rianyabaro Primary School in 1995 and sat for his KCPE exams in 2007. He then proceeded to St Peters Suneka Secondary School for his high school studies.
Thereafter, he transferred to Ekerubo Secondary School where he would sit for his KCSE exams in 2014.
Didacus Sereti admits to overstaying in school but he is grateful that God had a better plan for his life apart from education.

While at Ekerubo Secondary, an opportunity to apply for a USA green card arose through a Kisii town-based Good Samaritan called Maarifa On’gesa.

5. Omochweria is the founder of Machiegny TV – MGN TV
Before relocating to the United States, Didacus loved reporting news to his fellow schoolmates.
For that reason, he founded Machiegny TV on YouTube to keep his talent alive. His media startup is now an employer of about five youths.
