Joshua Okumu Moenga biography

Okumu is a member of the Kisii tribe, born on October 3, 90s in Nyamira County.

He attended Bobembe Boys Boarding School, served as a deputy president in class 7, and a school president in class 8.

Okumu proceeded to Tengecha High School where he became a dormitory chairman. He was also an active member of the debate club.

Good KCSE grades in 2020 qualified Okumu into the Technical University of Mombasa.

While pursuing a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, he developed a strong interest in student leadership.

At first a congressperson, Okumu eventually joined TUMSA presidential race with the hope of replacing Kelvin Songa.

Joshua Okumu shares the same vision as his mentors Simba Arati, the late Mwai Kibaki, Barack Obama, and Babu Owino.
