For appointment to this grade, a teacher must:

Have served as senior principal T-Scale 14 for a minimum period of 3 years
Have a satisfactory rating in the performance appraisal and performance contracting process
Have demonstrated the ability to supervise, mentor and provide professional support to our teachers
Meet the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution: and
Meet any other requirements deemed necessary by the commission

For appointment to this grade, a teacher must:

Have served as Principal/ D Principal, T-Scale 14 for a minimum period of 3 years
Have a satisfactory rating in the performance appraisal process
Have demonstrated the ability to supervise, mentor and provide professional support to our teachers
Meet the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution: and
Meet any other requirements deemed necessary by the commission

For appointment to this grade, a teacher must:

Have served as Deputy Principal T-Scale 12 for a minimum period of 2 years

Meet the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution: and
Meet any other requirements deemed necessary by the commission
