President Ruto said the Open University of Kenya fee structure for e-learning courses is about half what learners pay in other higher learning institutions. He broke the news while sitting Equity CEO James Mwangi in the office of a vice-chancellor.

The Konza Metropolis OUK is the first of its kind in the country. Students are expected to attend classes remotely at affordable rates;
