List of 7 Court of Appeal judges in BBI appeal ruling

The court of Appeal appointed the following judges to deliver the final ruling on the ongoing BBI case.

• Fatuma Sichale
• Francis Tuiyott
• Gatembu Kairu
• Hannah Okwengu
• Justices Daniel Musinga
• Patrick Kiage
• Roselyn Nambuye

Notably, each of the seven judges will finish reading their own judgement before a verdict is provided.

So far, the chances of the courts dropping or upholding the BBI remain even.

In an event that the decisive BBI appeal ruling is null for the second time, proponents including President Uhuru Kenyatta and Raila Amollo Odinga will need to move to the Supreme Court.
