Prisca Chemutai has previously dragged Ruto to court with child neglect claims.
Back in 2017, she accused Ruto of child neglect to the extent of his biological daughter taking a boda boda ride to church.
Part of her requests to the baby daddy included a decent car and monthly befitting the status of a “deputy president’s daughter.”
In a tweet dated February 2017, Ruto said he was not only paying for Abby’s school fees in a private school but also providing at least Ksh. 40,000 for upkeep.
He proceeded to blame his political enemies for inciting Chemutai into the courts. The case filed by veteran lawyer Gitobu Imanyara has since disappeared.
